By inserting the implant through a small incision hidden in the underarm and using an endoscope (a surgical camera), our surgeons are able to place the implant with precision comparable to the traditional inframammary incision technique.

Dual Plane Breast Augmentation Technique
The Dual Plane technique is a modification of traditional breast augmentation approaches. It combines elements of both sub-mammary augmentation (placing the implant beneath the breast tissue) and sub-muscular augmentation (placing the implant beneath the chest muscle).
What makes this technique advantageous is the way it uses the fan-shaped pectoralis major muscle. During surgery, the muscle is partially lifted and repositioned to act like a “curtain” that covers only the upper portion of the implant. This allows the lower part of the implant to project more prominently than the upper part, creating a naturally curved breast contour.
